About Dr. Shan Narayanan
Dr. Shan Narayanan is a Paediatrician, Trainer and Coach with extensive experience in healthcare, leadership development and neurodiversity.
His journey in healthcare has given him experience working with children, families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams. Over the years, this has shaped his belief that meaningful development begins with understanding people, building capability and creating opportunities to grow.
Through ABLE COACH, he brings together his experience in Healthcare Leadership and Neurodiversity to provide practical, people-centred training, coaching and capacity building.
His approach is simple: develop people, strengthen capability and create meaningful impact.
